Newsletter Chito Ryu Karate Hong Kong

Jun 4, 2007 issue

Dear Parents and Students,

I would like to thank all of you for participating in our competition on June 3, 2007 in Hong Kong International School . June 3 was a nice sunny day. Many of you gave up the chance to enjoy on the beach and came to the competition. Also, many of you came a long way to Repulse Bay . I would like to thank you for all your great support to karate.

I was extremely happy to see all children were competing with great spirits and sportsmanship. Despite some children were too excited in the matches and through some punches without much control, they have all tried very hard to play according to the rules and consider the safety of their opponents. This is one of the many values of martial arts which need to be preserved and uphold.

Finally, I would like to tell you that everyone is a winner by entering the competition. You have accepted the challenge and completed your missions. You have trained hard in the past months or years. This competition is a prove that you are better than yourself in your history.

I look forward to seeing you again in the next competition and the next grading tests. Keep up with the good work. Please don't let the improvement stops.

Thank you once again.

Yours truly,
Heyton Tze
Chief Instructor
